Mission Statement
The mission of this Safety Office will be to see that every member returns home ALIVE after every CAP activity.
Report Due Dates
- Annual Safety Survey - Jan 5 each year
- Quarterly Safety Reports (CAP LA form 6, Oct 99 electronic form) and the attendance spread sheet. Jan 5, April 5, July 5, Oct. 5 every year.
- October Safety Down Day report: Oct 31 each year
- Unit Safety Award Achievement letter to Unit Commander then forwarded to Wing Commander by March 1
